As part of the 2012 Southland Technology Conference, Dave made an hour presentation about IT service management (ITSM), discussing among other topics the PM practices used in the implementation of ITSM, planning tips to successfully deliver an ITSM process improvement project, and marketing ideas to socialize the message to the organization.

In an interview recorded at the 2013 Southland Technology Conference, Dave discusses the presentation he gave at the PMI North American Congress in New Orleans in which he argues that social media, mobile devices, analytics and cloud computing (SMAC) have combined to create a technology ecosystem that supports disruptive and sustaining innovation.
