Dr. Dave's Games
I enjoy facilitating games with teams and groups to enhance learning through interactive experiences. Games provide a powerful way to reinforce concepts, spark meaningful discussions, and deepen understanding in an engaging, hands-on manner. Over the years, I have created several games designed to cultivate team collaboration, leadership, and agility.
My games include Ubuntu Living, which explores the power of community and interconnectedness, and Scrum Cards 101, a practical introduction to Agile and Scrum principles. The Agile LeaderShift series—Volumes 1, 2, and 3—challenges leaders to shift mindsets and embrace adaptive leadership. Additionally, my Visioning Journey Map simulation guides individuals and teams through a transformative process of envisioning the future and setting strategic direction.
Each of these experiences is designed to make learning fun and impactful, helping participants internalize key lessons through play, reflection, and shared discovery. I invite you to explore these games and experience their value firsthand.
The games are available on The Game Crafters:
Agility LeaderShift Vol 3. Resilience
Agility LeaderShift Vol 2. Inspiration

Ubuntu Living explores the power of community and interconnectedness.
Ubuntu is a Bantu word that means “I am because you are.” It is a philosophy that emphasizes the interconnectedness of all people and the importance of treating others with compassion and respect. Here are three ways to use Ubuntu in your life today. First, see people with grace and empathy. Second, value people for their unique contribution. Third, welcome people with openness and kindness.
